Manufacturing Standards & Quality Assurance
1. General Manufacturing Standard
All products are manufactured in accordance with commercially reasonable industry standards applicable to mass production. Due to the nature of large-scale manufacturing, minor variations between units are inherent and unavoidable.
—
2. Reference Samples
Where pre-production samples are provided and approved by the customer, such samples shall constitute the reference standard for production.
Production output shall be deemed compliant where it reasonably conforms to the approved samples, allowing for normal manufacturing tolerances. Exact replication of samples across all units is not guaranteed.
—
3. Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL)
Quality control is conducted using internationally recognized Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) sampling standards.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Quality control is conducted using internationally recognized Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) sampling standards.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Major defects: AQL 2.5
- Minor defects: AQL 4.0
Inspection is performed on a sampling basis and not via 100% inspection.

4. Manufacturing Tolerances
The customer acknowledges and accepts that:
—
4. Manufacturing Tolerances
The customer acknowledges and accepts that:
- Minor variations in color, texture, finish, alignment, and material characteristics may occur
- Slight dimensional tolerances apply to molded, printed, and assembled components
- Variations arising from hand-finishing processes are inherent
Such variations shall not be considered defects where they do not materially affect functionality or intended use.
—
5. Defect Classification
—
5. Defect Classification
For the purposes of quality assessment:
Critical Defects
- Non-functional products
- Safety issues
- Missing essential components
Major Defects
- Functional impairment
- Significant deviation from approved specifications
Minor Defects
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
Only defects exceeding agreed AQL thresholds shall be considered grounds for remediation.
—
—
6. Functional Standard
Products are deemed acceptable where they are fit for their intended purpose and function as designed.
Cosmetic variation that does not impact functionality, durability, or usability does not constitute a defect.
—
7. Natural Variations
The following are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects:
- Differences in paint or surface finish
- Minor print or color variation
- Small alignment or positioning tolerances
- Variations resulting from manual processes
—
8. Inspection & Acceptance
8. Inspection & Acceptance
All quality inspections are conducted using statistically valid sampling methods.
Requests for 100% inspection, full-unit verification, or zero-defect standards must be agreed in writing in advance and may result in additional costs and extended production timelines.
—
9. Remedies
Where defects exceed agreed AQL thresholds, remedies may include repair, replacement, or partial credit, at the company’s discretion.
The company shall not be responsible for minor variations within accepted tolerances.
—
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for:
- Variations within accepted manufacturing tolerances
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from such variations
—
11. Changes to Specifications
Any request to exceed agreed tolerances, eliminate inherent variation, or modify approved samples shall constitute a change request and may result in adjustments to cost, production timelines, and manufacturing processes.
—
12. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these manufacturing standards, quality tolerances, and inspection methodologies.
